Nicole Ritchie is up the duff

After months of speculation, Nicole Ritchie has confirmed that she is 4 months pregnant with boyfriend Joel Maddon's child.
In an interview scheduled to air this Thursday on Good Morning America and then Friday on Good Morning America and 20/20, the former Simple Life star tells ABC News' Diane Sawyer, "Yes I am. We are. I'm almost four months."

In addition to finally coming clean on her growing baby bump, Richie, 25, talks to Sawyer about her decision to plead guilty to drunk driving charges. “I have a responsibility and it’s something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would. And unfortunately I can’t, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult.”

Britney Spears Flips

The photographers involved in last week's scuffle with Britney Spears in Las Vegas are telling their side of the story.

In a statement released Tuesday by their lawyer, celebrity photographers Kyle Henderson and Andrew Deetz allege that at the Wynn Las Vegas on July 27, Spears bodyguard Julio Camera punched and kicked Deetz without provocation while Spears ran after Henderson.

Though a security guard allegedly prevented her from reaching him, the photographers claim that the pop star threw a baby bottle at Henderson while screaming, "I am going to kill you! I am going to f-ing kill you!" According to the photographers, Spears then told them to get a restraining order against her if they wanted to stay safe, though even then, she would hire someone to kill them for her.

Both photographers claim that at no time were they a threat to Spears or her two children, Sean Preston (22 months) and Jayden James (11 months).

Their statement also alleges that Camera had been threatening Deetz prior to the Las Vegas incident, telling him and other photographers that he had "unfinished business" with Deetz.

Though no charges have been filed, the statement alludes to an anticipated civil suit against Spears and her bodyguard on behalf of Deetz. The photographer claims that he received multiple injuries in the attack, which continue to require treatment.
