Paris Hilton's Grandfather has finally had enough of paris Hilton's foolish behaviour and has cut her from his will. Jerry Oppenheimer claims that Barron has opted instead to leave the money to charity.
Oppenheimer said: "He was, and is, extremely embarrassed by how the Hilton name has been sullied by Paris." 'He now doesn't want to leave unearned wealth to his family."
And if things couldn't get any worse, Paris show 'The simple life' has been cut from E! "The Simple Life has been a wonderful addition to the E! Schedule for two years and we will always be grateful to Paris and Nicole for their hard work and graciousness," E! said in a statement.

"Dreamgirls" star Eddie Murphy proved that girlfriend Tracey Edmonds is his favorite girl of all, by presenting her with a ginormous yellow diamond engagement ring this past week.
The ring was massive, but don't expect a blowout wedding. Murphy's first wedding to Nicole Mitchell in 1993 (they split in 2005), was a lavish $1.5 million affair, and is ranked by Forbes in the top ten most expensive celeb weddings of all time. This one, a friend told OK! magazine, "will be a private wedding. Something low key and very romantic."
Murphy is currently embroiled in a bitter battle with former girlfriend/baby mama Scary Spice aka Melanie Brown, with whom he has a child. He and Mel split right before he met Edmonds.
Why did Usher and Tameka Foster call off their wedding yesterday? It seems that absolutely nothing was working for the would-be bride and groom.
Usher's mother and former manager was part of the problem, as were differences in opinion between the couple. Usher's mother, Jonetta Patton, is against the wedding, and was only invited to the ceremony at the last minute. Her disapproval, a source told People, "is one of the main obstacles."
Usher wanted to take the reception upscale with a catered dinner from chef Jean Georges, while Foster wanted a backyard barbecue. "They only decided two weeks ago to have a wedding," said a source. "They wanted to have it take place before the baby bump started showing."
Paris Hilton has slammed reports she was smoking marijuana at a Hollywood nightclub with her close pal Kimberly Stewart’s ex-fiance Cisco Adler on Wednesday morning. Us Weekly magazine reported partygoers claimed Hilton and Whitestarr frontman Adler were spotted smoking the illegal weed and kissing at Guy’s Nightclub.
However, Hilton’s representative Michael Sitrick says, “Paris absolutely did not smoke pot Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, as I understand was reported. That report is false”.
When asked about her relationship to Adler, Sitrick adds, “She was with Cisco Tuesday night/Wednesday morning” Following her release from jail last month for violating her probation from a drink driving arrest, Hilton appeared on Larry King’s Cnn show to declare she had never taken drugs in her life.

Looking dead-eyed and disorientated, Britney Spears lost it during a disastrous video shoot and ended up “sobbing hysterically”. At one point sad Britney, squatted in her torn fishnets, clutched her Yorkie puppy and stared vacantly into space.
Members of her 100-strong crew were sent home after 18 hours on the shoot, paid for by Britney to promote single Give Me More.
An onlooker said: “She was completely uncooperative and left everyone hanging about when she went for an hour’s massage — twice. “She just didn’t want to cooperate and was snotty and rude to everyone — behaving like a complete and utter spoilt brat.
“When she wasn’t p*****g people off, Britney was smoking like a chimney.”
“She didn’t eat or drink anything other than can after can of Red Bull. She could have drank 20 of them all told.’
And the wheels fell off completely when Britney attempted her raunchy pole dance scene. The source added: “She had a problem with the extras being about when she did the pole dance. “She was shy or embarrassed or something and she really started struggling with the whole thing. You could see she was getting a bit wobbly but no one expected her to throw a complete fit. Suddenly she was in floods of tears and stormed off set. She eventually came back but was sobbing hysterically. All her make-up had run. By now it was nearly midnight and the director just called things to an end and sent people home.”

R&B star Usher will not be saying "yeah!" to pregnant fiance Tameka Foster today after all. The couple, who had scheduled a Saturday ceremony at the Long Island home of music executive L.A. Reid, have cancelled their plans.
Usher's rep tells Usmagazine.com, "the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond, IV and Tameka Foster was cancelled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”
Usher, 28, and Foster, 37, became engaged in January after a year of dating. The couple announced Foster's pregnancy at the end of June. The baby will be Usher's first and Foster's fourth.
Foster was Usher’s stylist before becoming his manager, a job that was previously held by Usher’s mother, Jonnetta Patton. The staffing shuffle caused a falling out between Usher and Patton.

Nicole Richie have been sentenced to serve four days in the City or County Jail. She got credit for a fifth day, for the six hours she served after being busted.
Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course and on three years probation.
Richie must report to serve her time by September 28.
The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder not manslaughter. That’s because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she’d be nailed for murder
This is sad. Demi Moore and Bruce Willis daughter Rumer Willis, was involved in a drug bust. According to reports, 18 year-old Rumer Willis was in her hotel room with four other people when police arrested a man on drug charges. Rumer, who was staying at the La Quinta hotel in Aberdeen, Maryland while shooting the independent film From Within, was not arrested.

Apparently Nicole Ritchie will plea guilty and no contest to her Driving under the influence charge. She will appear in front of the court commissioner who will immediately sentence her. The minumum sentence would be 5 days.

"OK! Magazine spent a heartbreaking day with Britney Spears and witnessed first-hand an emotional cry for help that will leave you shocked and sad. This week, on newsstands Friday, the truth will be told." According to TMZ this is some of the nonsense that happened during the shoot:
Britney's behavior during the interview was "nothing less than a meltdown." She was "completely out of it" during the shoot ... Brit Brit's eyes rolled back in her head at one point, causing her to look half dead. Her mood, we're told, was extremely erratic. She took frequent bathroom breaks and each time she returned her mood would change. She was also completely paranoid during the entire interview, fearing at one point the ceiling was about to cave in on her ... At one point, Britney ordered up some fried chicken to munch on ... after she chowed down, she wiped her hands on a several thousand dollar Gucci dress that she was wearing for the shoot, staining it with grease. One of her dogs also needed some assistance in the housebreaking department. Our on-set spy says that the dog pooped all over the floor, and Brit used (what else?) -- a Chanel dress to clean it up! As for how Brit looked for the photos, another nightmare. We've learned that OK! hired two of the best hair and makeup artists in L.A. to transform the once-bald beauty into something more presentable, but she wasn't havin' none of that. She refused to let the hired help touch her, opting instead for her "skanky friends" to do her hair and makeup.
