Apparently Nicole Ritchie will plea guilty and no contest to her Driving under the influence charge. She will appear in front of the court commissioner who will immediately sentence her. The minumum sentence would be 5 days.
Is it me or is going to jail for DUI the new thing in young hollywood. It's like... totally awesome!
